You will be issued with an 086 xxx xxxx
fax number which will be linked to your email address (above).
Any faxes sent to your unique Fax2Email number will arrive in your
email inbox as a PDF
file attachment.
Once you have the fax in electronic format, you can forward it on
email, save it to disc or print it out.
Faxes sent to 086 xxx xxxx Fax2Email numbers are charged to the caller
per minute at a national flat rate, i.e. - the caller pays for the
call as they would in any case, but at a flat rate regardless of whether
the call is local or national.
You Save as it costs you less to receive faxes electronically, not
to mention the convenience.
Your fax number will never need to change, even if you move office.
PS
- Fax2Email only works within South Africa, one cannot receive international
faxes to these numbers. To receive faxes from outside South Africa,
one could make use of a conventional fax machine on a local number
or PC faxing on a local number.
