How does the Affiliate Program work?

21 Digital will pay a referral commission to anyone who becomes an affiliate based on a qualified referral and successful signing up of a new client for any of the 21 Digital services.

Certain commissions are paid as a once – off commission and other commissions are paid ongoing over a period of time or until the referred client ceases to be a client of 21 Digital due what ever reasons.

5% of the invoiced amount is paid for a standard referral, i.e. - 21 Digital concludes the sale & signing of a new client.

10% of the invoiced amount is paid for a qualified referral, i.e. - the affiliate concludes the sale & signing of a new client.

Who can become an Affiliate?

Anyone can become an affiliate. We encourage small business owners or individuals who have a reasonable network or client base to join the program. Applicants are encouraged to consider joining with the long term in mind.

What is the procedure to sign up a new client?

The easiest method is by making use of the various web application forms on our website and complete the online registration form on behalf of the client filling in their affiliate details in the 'Referrer' field.

Please note that the client must be presented with the AUP and Terms & Conditions of Service when signing up for any of the ISP services. The debit order mandate must be completed and signed by an authorized signatory and faxed to (086 610 9112).

The affiliate will automatically receive the commission as per the commission structure as a qualified referral.

A standard or unqualified referral is where an affiliate simply refers a client to 21 Digital either by telephone, SMS or Email and one of the 21 Digital team members handle the sale and the signing of the client.

Payment procedure?

Payment of commissions to the affiliate or partner will be paid out 30 days from invoice or at the end of the month depending whether the client has signed a debit order with us or pays 21 Digital 30 days from invoice.
