We collect payment for our monthly services via Debit Order. Please download the Debit Order Instruction Form here. Should a client wish to pay via EFT, please contact Accounts Manager.
  Link   Verify your new ADSL Line
For all NEW ADSL line installations, clients need to verify their line by using this link. Enter your line phone number and the order number provided by 21 Digital. This process will take up to 30 minutes before the line will be active.
  Link   ADSL Control Panel
ADSL clients can log into the DSL Control Panel using their ADSL username and password provided by 21 Digital to view their ADSL usage statistics etc.
  Link   Top-Up Prepaid ADSL
When your prepaid data runs out or is running low, please order more Prepaid ADSL Data here. Should you wish to activate the Auto-Top facility, please contact sales@21digital.co.za
